Hello, my name is Lauren and I’m an experienced freelance drama teacher.

Across all age groups, I always ensure classes are highly engaging, fun, interactive and full of learning.

At nursery age, we really explore the children’s imagination, speaking, memory, listening and vocal skills through interactive play. We go on exciting adventures and explore new themes each time. This is truly a space where each child is celebrated and encouraged in their development all whilst having the most fun!

At primary school age, we’re looking to build upon these skills and boost confidence in a really fun and engaging way, so children are well-equipped to navigate life in school and beyond.

​

For young adults, whilst we are still building on confidence and honing their skillset, we have a strong focus on life beyond school - building and using those necessary tools to achieve, or become one step closer to, each individuals goal. For this, I can offer 1-1 sessions for those particularly looking to enter the performance industry, or to build on their speaking skills and overall confidence to ensure they have the optimal tools for life.

I’m a very energetic, reliable, professional, adaptable and caring individual and I try to bring as much joy and positive spirit as I can into each session. Each young person truly has something unique and valuable to share with the world, and it’s a real privilege for me to be able to facilitate their learning, development and self expression in this way.

I hold an Enhanced DBS which is on the Update Service and I can provide references upon request.
